Tiger moves to his new family

"Tiger" (Magic Colour Sunshine Of My Life) is looking for a new family

Unfortunately his present family have shown an allergic reaction against dogs and can not have a dog in the family. Therefore we are looking for a new home to "Tiger".

The last puppy leaving us

The last two weeks Ronya have been solo puppy left at us. And she has really charmed us. In general she has followed the grown up dogs and have been of no additional trouble to us. But her charming puppy attitude has given a lot of life in the house J. Her best friend have been Sille (our youngster) – they have really had fun together with lot of playing and making a lot of noise…

Now it is quiet – very quiet…..

2007-10-13

The puppies leave home

How times fly - now it was time for the puppies to move to their new families. It's not easy to hand over our "children", but we feel the new owners have showed a genuine interest in dogs and in particular in whippets

We look forward to follow all of them in the future.

Our little princess stays with us another 2 weeks, so we still have some puppy feeling left in our home  :-)

Seven weeks old

Dam how the times fly – only a week left till the puppies are left over to their new families. A little depressing as they have such personality now. But we are full of confidence for their new families and are sure they are going to be well there. During the week the puppies have learn to go in and out of the puppy-door all by themselves. We fell that they are in a time for learning and where there movement develops. Now it’s up to their new families to take over J

2007-09-29

Six weeks old

Diba is no longer allowing the babies to suckle. They are full of life and it hurts when they bite. There different personalities are more obvious now. Since a week they have had there own bedroom, to allow the rest of the habitant to get some sleep. Shitting and peeing is glad fully done outside whenever we reach them in time.

2007-09-22

Five weeks old

The puppies is full of energy now. It is no longer enough to activate them for 2 minutes and then expect them to sleep another hour - it requires at least 15 minutes of full speed activity to get them to sleep again. They have also started to tell us with loud noises when they are not satisfied - it has interrupted our sleep several times now. Therefore they have moved to our "dog-house" during the night, so we can get our sleep.

2007-09-15

Four weeks old

There movement is now more stable and they have started showing there personality. They eat real food with greater enthusiasm and Diba is no longer insisting on showing the milk bar (they have got teeth so we guess it hurts on Diba when they are suckling). Sille is now allowed to come near the puppies, and as a youngster she loves to play with them. As they have got real teeth now it hurts when they bite - and as they often bit each other, scream are often coming from the puppy-corner.

2007-09-08

Three weeks old

Now the puppies have started walking around. They have got their teeth and you feel it when they bite. Their playing have become wilder and some strange noises comes from their side of the kitchen. But most of their time is still used for eating and sleeping.

We have introduced real food, but Diba is not that keen to let go... when ever we try to serve real food she shows up and offer her milk bar to the puppies - difficult for us to beat....

2007-09-02

Two weeks old

All puppies have opened their eyes. They eat, sleep and grow - they have reach a weight of app. 1150 grams. They have also started to walk even though they are very insecure. Further on they have started to bite one another (as sisters and brothers do).

One week old

The puppies are now very active and taking photo of them is not that easy. We have chosen their official names (showed in brackets below). But must important every one is well. .

2007-08-22

The puppies 4 days old

The babies does almost nothing else but eating and sleeping. The result is of course that they grow like crazy. Diba do not allow the other dogs to visit the puppies, but now she occasionally takes a rest from the "puppie-box".

2007-08-18

Around midnight she got her labour. The first puppy was of course the biggest (359 grams) and it took almost an hour to push it out. After the labour way was opened, the other arrived smoothly and they were all out at 2 am.

Diba takes very well care of the puppies.

2007-08-13

In her 8'th week Diba is surprisingly fresh and alert. Inside her the puppies are moving intensively.

According to her mind, she has already got her first puppy - a toy puppy - whom she carries around all the time.

2007-08-06

After 7 weeks Diba is a little affected by her increased size. For the first time she's the heaviest in the dog family (13 kilos).

We have felt movement inside her from at least 3 puppies - now it feels more real. At the end of the week she will get her x-ray and we will be more certain of the number of puppies.

2007-07-30

Diba is now in her sixth week. She is round and firm - now it's only a matter of how many puppies there is.

She have put on almost 1,5 kilo but she is not troubled by it. She spend almost all her time in bed giving all energy to her growing litter. And she has got a wonderful appetite making us very happy (she have never been that much of a food-lover)

In her fifth week it's more obvious that there is something "else" in the stomach.

Cosmo has gain two show Certificates

Diba has gain the SW's trippelpris

Diba did very well as a puppy; twice she won Best Puppy in Show at SKK shows. As grown up Diba is also doing well in the show ring (with the majority CK) and she are very fast on the Lure Coursing Field; she has been very close to certificates several times. Diba co-operates very well at the Agility track and if it hasn’t been for her owners she probably could have competed in this game too. Diba are doing Wild Track with great enthusiasm and achieved her Wild Track license 2006.

Cosmo is an extremely sweet and friendly male with so many good points, which we hope will add something extra to what Diba already have. Cosmo have two show Certificates and have Lure Coursing License too. Cosmo is owned by Ulla & Roland Engberg from Örebro.

Diba and Cosmo both have lovely temperaments and are of ideal size.

We hope to get lovely puppies that can do well in the show rings as well as on the Lure Coursing Field.
